The hearing for the Mt. Si plat was on March 29th. Your team at FCSG advocated for the Fall City community with presentations on rural character, LOSS systems, wellhead protections and overall density. The hearing examiner decision will be due around April 12th.

Summary of concerns from the community:
1. Update on Arrington Court LOSS and bedroom misrepresentation.
2. Concerns about road variances and safety along 202.
3. Concerns about pedestrian safety and safe walking routes to schools.
