Cedar23 Preliminary Approval
Cedar23 preliminary plat was approved this afternoon. It was expected and we do have an opportunity to appeal.

There’s some hidden gems in the hearing examiner’s report.
The hearing examiner confirmed that the plat is “inconsistent with rural character”. We’ve been plugging away at getting this important legal admission in writing and it opens up several avenues for legal action and puts additional pressure on the county to fix our code.
The hearing examiner stated that Fall City plat would not have been approved if she had known certain details during the hearing.
If the plat does not proceed with the LOSS then it is sent back to her desk for re-review.
