Protecting Fall City's aquifer, rural character, and the future of our community.

Fall City is a small rural community and the last remaining agricultural township in all of King County. A legal loophole has allowed a series of new subdivisions concentrated into a ½ mile area - with all septic wastewater from the new homes entering directly into the aquifer that supplies the town's drinking water and then directly discharging into the protected Snoqualmie River.

Fall City Sustainable Growth is bringing the community together to hold the County and the State accountable for upholding the laws that protect rural communities and groundwater: closing loopholes, filing legal challenges, and engaging at every step of the permitting process.
